Samsung Pay offers a secure and seamless digital payment experience by utilizing tokenization that protects your card data by encrypting your card information. Your card number is kept safe in a secure data vault and is never shared during the payment process. All you need to do is download the app, use your Samsung device to photograph your 7 17 Visa® Credit or Debit Card, and secure it with your fingerprint and backup PIN.

Card Verification

Depending on the information provided while adding your card to Samsung Pay, you may be prompted to provide additional card verification by making a phone call. If card verification is required, please follow the on-screen instructions or see below:

For 7 17 Visa® Credit Cards, during regular business hours:

Please call us to speak to a TeleServices Representative. As part of the process, be prepared to answer identifying questions about your account.

For 7 17 Visa® Credit Cards, during non-business hours:

After hours and weekend support is available until 11:00 p.m., seven days a week, by calling 844-486-7340 to speak to a Partner Representative to resolve this matter. As part of the process, be prepared to answer identifying questions about your account.

For 7 17 Visa® Debit Cards, during regular business hours:

Please call us to speak to a TeleServices Representative. As part of the process, be prepared to answer identifying questions about your account.

For 7 17 Visa® Debit Cards, during non-business hours:

Please call us and select Option “7” from the menu. As part of the process, be prepared to answer identifying questions about your account.

Once your 7 17 Visa® Debit Card has been verified for Samsung Pay, you will receive a “ready” notification on-screen. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email from a 7 17 Credit Union employee by the next business day.
