Personal Teller Machines offer members a better, more convenient banking experience
To provide longer drive-thru hours, improved accuracy and to provide members with a better, more convenient banking experience, 7 17 Credit Union uses the latest technology called Personal Teller Machines (PTMs).
Similar in functionality to an ATM, PTMs allow members to conduct a wide range of transactions from the convenience of their vehicle 24/7 while several branches also have walk-up PTMs. We also offer a free-standing PTM.

Convenient options to use a Personal Teller Machine (PTM):
PTMs are available 24/7 in ATM Plus (or self-service) mode.
- Most 7 17 branches have multiple PTMs to use for added convenience and less wait time while being available to use as an ATM all day, every day.
PTM hours with Personal Teller assistance (or drive-thru hours) are:
- Mon. – Thur. 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Fri. 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Sat. 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Personal Teller Assistance
Instead of using a familiar drive-thru tube, members interact with the PTM. A 7 17 Personal Teller employee can assist members with their transaction via two-way video.
Members can still expect the convenience and high-level service that they’ve come to associate with 7 17. All Personal Tellers are 7 17 Credit Union employees, working at our Operations Centers. They have been specifically trained to help members using PTMs.
While we hope all of our members will give the PTMs a try, members can continue to come inside their branch to complete transactions during regular lobby hours.
